Sportsware Online Instructions

Dear Grayson College Athlete,

Prior to participating on a team at Grayson College, athletes must provide the Athletic Department with current address, emergency contact, insurance, medical alert and health history information. To expedite this process Grayson College uses an online data entry system.

To enter your information, visit www.swol123.net. The first time you visit the website you will need to enter your preferred email address and click Get Password. The following instructions will help you create an account and complete the necessary information.

Joining SportsWare Online

  1. Go to www.swol123.net

  2. Scroll to the middle of the screen and click the Join SportsWare Button

  3. Enter your School ID: GCVikings

  4. Enter your First Name, DOB, E-mail address, then click the send button

  5. Your request to join SportsWare will then be sent to the ahtletic Trainer for review

  6. Once your request is accepted you will receive an e-mail with the subject "SportsWare request accepted."

Setting Your Password

  1. Go to www.swol123.net

  2. Enter your Email Address and click the Reset Password button

  3. You will receive an e-mail with the Subject "SportsWareOnLine Password Request." Open the e-mail and click on the link to reset your password. Enter your e-mail address, new password and click the save button.

Signing Attachments

  1. Under the attachments tab, click on a form, then click "open"

  2. Once opened, read the document and fill in every space highlighted in blue. Type N/A for space that do not apply to you.

    Once you are done, click “Save and Submit” at the top and Electronically Sign the document, then click “submit”.

    Repeat for each attachment until each attachment has “accepted” under the Status column.

When filling out the forms, please follow these instructions.

Complete all the spaces marked in the General, Address, Emergency, Insurance, and Attachments tabs. If you don’t know, or a question that is Required or does not apply to you, please put N/A in the area. It is very important to fill out everything the best you can – especially your insurance information. This will expedite any injury claims you may have while at Grayson College.

In the Attachments tab, please read through every form you sign. You will be expected to follow all the directions, policies and rules stated in these forms, so to protect yourself you need to be familiar with everything.

Make sure you keep your login information in a safe, secure place and you remember where it is. You may go back and check throughout the year for injury updates, claim updates, insurance updates, etc.
